Brian Offline Administrator Posts: 10476 Thank you received: 3867	I see 2 agendas for Dec 11, If you saved as new it created another agenda. Delete the agenda dated Dec 11 you do not want.

Brian Offline Administrator Posts: 10476 Thank you received: 3867	I am sorry but you will have to make the changes again. delete one of the Dec 11 agendas edit the other one make one change and just save. Sorry to hear that. Thanks for all you do and for trying to help Brian. Was hoping the file is accessible on the server to an admin. I only have limited time per week. Took over an hour to make all modifications, exact wording and moving of additional items. Won't take a chance at another system failure and investment of additional time, unless backup option allows accessing files. Might recommend this as a necessary feature to add-on to our program to our developers?

Brian Offline Administrator Posts: 10476 Thank you received: 3867	A backup would not help in this instance as the records were written over by the way you saved. Please read the documentation on the correct way to create and update an agenda.
