Hi,
I'm with MT BCBSMT 7455490 Toastmaster Club (URL 7455490.toastmastersclubs.org/)

I have a toastmaster that is not able to sign into our FTH website. She entered her email address and I have verified that it is the correct one that is affiliated within our FTH site. She leaves the password field blank and when it sends the email link to her email it says." There was an error with your login -- the Session ID attached to your e-mail (xSFcRfYLRzZr251Ztkmnhf2Oe) was not valid. Please check to make sure the full link from the most recent email was used when clicked." Can you help us troubleshoot this error?

It is toastmaster Susan Lasich (email is This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.)

Thanks,
Juanita

I've had this happen to me as well, I'm trying to work out how to reproduce the problem.

I tried again 4 minutes after my first failed attempt (selected my name from the list, left the password blank and pressed the authenticate button), The second link worked.
Ask Susan to go to the website again and open your public downloads page and then try again, making sure to use the new link. Let us know if that works or not please.
