Please Please help! After logging into our website as a club member I cannot access meeting agenda, quick role sign up, main menu (to see the calendar), and other links toward the top of the Members only tab. I've seen other members with this problem also. Our URL is 739102.toastmastersclubs.org or walworthcountytoastmasters.org
If I log in as site administrator I can access them without a problem. I'm currently President and VP Membership.
When I first login to the site, I cannot access several of the links in the members only tab but if I click around on the page a bit I can then access links which didn't work at first starting from the bottom going up, but usually still unable to click on the Main Menu tab. When they don't work I get the arrow with my mouse, When they do work I get the little hand which allows me to click on the link.
Some other members may have adjusted access settings, I'm not sure.

I was able to log in as you and all links in members are are active.

1) Sounds like you have a local PC issue, clear your browser and and cookies.

2) the floater is not designed to have the entire TM promise, just 1 or 2 lines.

3) if you continue to have issues, we will need your operating system you are running and version, what browser and version.

thank you for the quick response. I just logged in from the computer at the public library using my login and I am still unable to access the main menu tab, and any of the links on the members only tab above Club E-mail Addresses. This computer is running Windows 10 pro and is a dell OptiPlex 3050. The browser I chose to use tonight is Microsoft Edge. The computer has a 64-bit operating system and x64- based processor. I've had this problem on my laptop which is a dell and on it I'm running Linux
I believe it's happened regardless of the browser I choose to use.
It has always been consistent that if I log in as admin, every link operates fine. I thought it might be some permission issue set inadvertently by another user who had worked on the website, but I couldn't find anything.
I just tried using Chrome as a browser and I'm able to access Mentor/Protégé Request Form but still not Quick Role sign up or Meeting Agendas
I'm stumped!

I experienced the issues you are reporting.
After closing the floater, logging out, logging in as member again, I had normal member access.

I suspect that your member floater is causing the issue. The floater (by design) doesn't open the second time you log in, unless you clear your cache..

As Brian alluded, I suggest you clear your member floater, see if that stops the problem

Thank you so much for verifying that I had the problem. It appears that it's fixed after Brian cleared the floater message. We live and learn! LOL!
