Hello. We have the same issue for an existing member of our club (founding member actually). Member's email address has not changed but received this message recently;
[Sun, 01 Dec 2019 22:36:41 UTC, FreeToastHost System Warning]
Emails sent to the primary email address [ This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ] for Member Nola Sharp DTM have bounced too many times and exceeded the FreeToastHost limit for bounces.
This automatically generated message is to notify you that this email address ***has been removed*** from the FreeToastHost database to prevent it from causing further bounces.
Repeatedly attempting to send emails to invalid, non-working email addresses hurts the overall email reputation of the FreeToastHost system and will not be tolerated.
Please ensure that valid, functioning email addresses are in use to prevent further actions of this nature in the future.
If you have any questions about this warning, please visit support.toastmastersclubs.org

How can I ensure that once reinstated this does not recur please?
Member's email is a legitimate (and major) internet service provider here in Australia. Would be grateful for any assistance you can provide. Thanks, Kristen

1) please don't hijack anothers post.

2) The Bounce Count for Email Address [This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.] has been reset to zero.

3) Make sure the member adds This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to the safe list.

Sorry, what did I hijack? And not sure what you mean about adding those emails to the safe list.

No, user kristen hijacked your original thread by posting her own message at the end of your thread. When users do this it takes the thread in a new, sometimes confusing line of discussion and makes the original thread poster (you) get the replies for the post that is not theirs... Brian tried to moderate and fix this by splitting kristen off into a separate thread, but obviously you thought this thread was for you... (confusion) See why we object to people hijacking threads? :pinch: Hijacking forum threads just causes unnecessary confusion. :angry:
