Hi,

Glen, VPPR and web admin from Club 4801 in sunny Burien, WA here..

The limit on our toast host instance is set to only 3 officers can edit the agenda. We would like to experiment with a configuration where all our most active members can edit and create new agendas, as we are having a hard time with the VPE role having this weekly challenge all on their own.

Is there a way for me to lift the 3 officer setting that is limiting us from enacting this?

Thank you for any help!

Glen

Sorry, no, we will not be changing or eliminating that limit.

However, you can set roles in the agendas to be agenda editors. That gives you flexibility to have people other than the VPE edit the agendas for particular meetings.
