I am trying to troubleshoot why my work e-mail has recently been bouncing back - it stopped working shortly before the xmas break. I've had no issues with the email for over 12 months, until recently.

My limited research elsewhere and in this forum suggests that it could've been caused by any number of reasons, lack of storage, permission changes, sender address denied: relay access denied, other, etc.

I tried looking through the txt file to find an SMTP error code that might help explain the exact cause, but was unable to decipher the txt code, as I was apparently looking for a 3-digit code, either in the 400's or 500's range.

I will ask the company IT department if they changes to our email server were recently made that may be preventing FTH to go through, but figured i'll ask here too.

Let me know if additional info is required.
