I need help. Hopefully, these two issues can be resolved at the server.

One of our members is legally blind and he tells me he cannot locate how to opt in to get Cherry City member emails (Jesse J. Lucas, 00508802).
The other member is not computer savvy and he may have hit the link to opt out instead of in (Mike Kellett, 07300089).

Is there a disability accommodation for the disabled so that both these members can be shown as Opt In and they can receive member emails?

I am sorry but we do not have any support for the disabled. We are a free service and do not have the funding to implement the requirements.

Make sure you tell these individuals that the opt-in emails are being sent and what to do.

1) Jesse is not even in your members list. You need to add him and have someone help him with his accept the opt-in email

2) Mike has not accepted or refused as he is still in the list. Just use the pull down at the top of the members list and re-send the opt-in email.
