We are a company internal club and rotate our meeting locations between different sites and conference rooms. I am trying to create an email template to use with Basic Email. This email is supposed to be sent out to subsets of Guests and Prospects to inform them about the upcoming meeting in their location. I was trying to use the following variables (below), but only got empty space in my emails. The {{clubname}} variable works, but the others don't. Am I doing something wrong or is this not supported? It seems to work in the Agenda email, but there I cannot select the right recipients.

What:    {{clubname}} will be in your plant
When:   {{nextmtgdate}}  {{nextmtgtime}}
Where:  {{nextmtgvenuename}}

Thanks for your help
Andreas

Can anyone help with me with this please? I don't understand why the "nextmtg*" variables would not be available in Basic Email.

Thank you very much
Andreas

They originated as webpage variables, not email variables.

If you feel like they should be available there, please post an improvement suggestion and I will work on adding them when I get some free time.
