Hi,

We have a member who is no longer receiving emails through the FTH mailing lists (officers@... and members@...).

Error message: ".... was skipped because it has previously bounced too many times. Please visit support.toastmastersclubs.org and post a support request message for more information."

Would it be possible to have the block counter reset and if possible a reason why it was failing?

Louise needs to contact bigpond.com her email service ans have them whitelist This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

FTH sends a lot of email to the Toastmasters members and bigpond.com keeps marking the server as a spammer.

Seems someone sent Louise an email that contained a virus.
