I have consulted the section on Club Calendar entries and don't get anything like what's suggested when i click on Club meeting on our calendar or 7a Meeting (which I never entered). Our meetings are at noon. I did see that the default time zone was GMT, which I changed to America - New York to reflect ET or EDT depending on the time of year.

I am not able to fix this and don't know as I am following the instructions on the forum.

Edit and Save each agenda that is displaying the incorrect time. That will reset the time on the calendar now you have corrected the club time zone.

There's nothing wrong with the times on the actual agendas, only the Club Calendar

Ok, problem resolved. I never changed the time zone. Why did that happen? I'd like not to repeat the issue. Please advise.

Time zone was probably never set.
Now it is set, it will stay, and the agenda and calendar will agree.
