Thank you for your continuous efforts to manage FTH.

We have the same problem in my club:
The President says that he cannot send out his message to all the members these days. It happened twice on Saturday, February 29 and on Tuesday, March 3, I sent out his messages for him. He received these two messages through the club homepage.

Another problem: The Japanese part in a message was slipped away in the mail
In the message on February 29, he had Japanese part, and when I sent out, his Japanese part slipped away except emoji. So, I used my PC system e-mail client( the right menu when we send a message from the webpage,, then, I was able to include the Japanese part. I must say that it used to allow us to put Japanese.

He was surely using his registered e-mail address of gmail and tried to use another mail, but, didn't make it.

Thank you for your attention. I'd appreciate your help.

1) We do not support double byte characters in email, we only support those characters available in UTF-8. If your email contains any other characters it will be dropped.

2) your president has 2 email addresses which one is causing the issue?

3) What is the exact error he is receiving?

4) Do not post on top of anothers post. Their issue is not yours and yours is not theirs.

- I got it. Using only English myself, I've not noticed it.

2) your president has 2 email addresses which one is causing the issue?
- I'll tell this to you when I get to know.

3) What is the exact error he is receiving?
- Again, I'll tell you when I get to know. I know this is necessary, but, sometimes, it's not easy to get this kind of information from those who are in trouble. I appreciate your precise question.

4) Do not post on top of anothers post. Their issue is not yours and yours is not theirs.
- Sorry for what I did. I will be careful,

Thank you for your time.

Ok, but you cannot possibly expect us to provide effective support if you are only providing fuzzy, non-specific information for us to go by. If you just say "Oh, we have a problem" (no specifics), all we can do is make guesses, which usually ends up being a waste of everyone's time.

So please note, we *do* want to help you resolve your issue, but you really do need to "help us help you".

I am sorry to have troubled you.

We have solved this problem. The use of the Japanese in title, not just in the message, made the e-mail unsent, but, the sender didn't check the error message well.

Our club is an English club. We used to use English in every case, but, recently, some members use Japanese. As an English only user,I didn't notice that this is the problem. It's partly because that the site allows us to use Japanese.

Unlike the time that I was an officer before, the site has become better and better, I really appreciate your hard work. And terribly sorry for wasting your and this forum members' time.

Cheers!
