1) 3074.toastmastersclubs.org/ will always work
2) contact your registrar or DNS host we cannot make DNS changes only you or they can.
3) Please read the documentation for required DNS settings

Apologies for possibly repeating the same issue
The issue which I submitted yesterday was that when I made changes to the Home page of our website either in the source page or by typing text directly the following message appeared"

Basic Settings Tab - This domain is not yet pointing to the IP address 50.19.253.65. In your domain registrar's DNS area, modify the existing "A" and "MX" records for this domain, to point to 50.19.253.65,
wait the amount of time as specified by your domain host, then try again.

As suggested I contacted our domain provider who provided the following response :

Your domain is already pointed to the A and MX record 50.19.253.65, the 104.27.160.22 ip that you mentioned is CloudFlare, which acts as a filter to protect against DDOS attacks. Your site is still displaying from the 50.19.253.65 server. This is why we requested for the name based DNS address of your webhost, so that we can point it straight to their servers.

Your site is displaying normally on our browser, and we have not encountered any error while browsing through. Perhaps you can clarify on the error you mentioned in the beginning, how it was generated so that we can assist you further.

I have a good understanding of HTML but I am over my head in this area
Assistance appreciated
Guy

Tell your registrar that your website is based on a content management system that generates your website from a template using data you enter and edit via input forms. We do not allow any changes to the website content when using a custom domain unless our server code can verify a A record is pointing to our server IP address using the linux dig utility.

Anything that interferes with our server code doing that IP address verification using the linux dig utility will prevent you from being able to update your website (via the admin console) when using the custom domain.

I believe that the registrar will either have to disable Cloudflare or you will have to use a different registrar if you want to use a custom domain.. We will not change our verification process on our end--we have been using it for many years, we are satisfied with it, and will not change it for just one website.

Thank you for you assistance it was helpful. I will check with our domain registrar. One question though we have had this customer domain set up since FTH began Have there been changes /upgrades which might be a factor. I have been able to change /add web content before with no problem. I am just trying to understand the timeline of events

We have not done anything that would have caused this. The server IP address verification check has been in place for over ten years.

I can confirm that when I look up your domain name that it does not point to the FTH server. We need for our code to be able to verify that... www.digwebinterface.com/?hostnames=first...8.8.4.4&nameservers=

I suspect that your registrar may have added Cloudflare as a service to protect their servers from DDOS attacks. Unfortunately, the dig utility is finding the Cloudflare IP address instead of our server IP address. I believe that is the root of the problem. If Cloudflare could be disabled or if your registrar could redirect the DNS lookups around Cloudflare, that might solve this.

Our domain provider removed Cloudflare and the domain should reflect the A record
Thanks for your assistance and patience!

Looks good to me now via digwebinterface.com ... you should be ok for changes in the Admin Console.
(please verify that)

Still a problem- While the A records reflect the correct ip there is no evidence of the MX records —and I am still not able to make changes to our web pages Does this change need to be made by our Domain provider? I did send the complete error message but the only changes were made to the A records If you could advise of needed steps I would appreciate it greatly
Thanks
