ActiveMember auto-bouncing off to 'Former Member List' 4 years 1 month ago #79413

Hello,
A first-timer on this forum. I have a member who keeps getting bounced off to the 'Former Member' list and we found out only lately when he wasn't receiving members@ emails. I fixed it a few weeks but the message crept up yesterday again, stating that he indicated he's a former member, when he clearly didn't receive any such notification.
