About 2 weeks ago our website for Foohills Community Toastmasters started showing an error message that the site was not secure and I got a big red warning instead of my homepage. I have tried to get help to correct the website but to no avail.

Here is what I was told to do:

The best places to get spot on an issue such as this is support.toastmastersclubs.org/.

However, here is the answer. You can always get to your website with your club number, so www.4952141.toastmastersclubs.org, takes you to your site. Login as admin and open the admin console. About halfway down you'll see website alias. Whatever is listed here makes up the first part off your domain name. If you have foothillscommunity there, your domain name would be foothillscommunity.toastmastersclubs.org.This is not what you have because that is invalid.

Once you've found the alias and plugged it into a browser as indicated do you see your site? Note: there are many Foothills community clubs. Try to customize it or just use the number. The only other option is to buy a custom domain name like we did. See attached.

My replay to this advice:

1) I checked with GoDaddy. No problem. The site has been up and operating for 5 years with no problem.
2) I looked on ICANN. I don't know what you say is a "curious entry" on the page. Which entry looks curious and why?
3) I logged into the site using the method you said. I followed the directions three times. Here is what happened each time. :

Alias was blank. I entered the first part of our domain name as you said.

I saved and went to another browser tab to search for my website.

I got this error message each time;

Please direct me to the correct solution.

1) Your club website is 4952141.toastmastersclubs.org/ we do not support www with the toastmastersclubs.org domain

2) there are no security warnings when you access your club properly

3) you have a spelling error here www.foothillscommunitytoastmasters.clug possibly .club ???

4) As Pam said your custom domain is not setup correctly, we do not support domain forwarding.
