Pam...have tried setting a new password and followed the instructions explicitly.... even got my wife to watch every step. Have tried setting a new password to no avail.....very frustrating. Have attached screenshots of the error messages and these happen on whatever machine I use and whatever browser I use

Glad you managed to get in. I really don't know what was going on, it sounds like a cache problem, but not if you had the same thing on another device.
