Can you check to see why Maggie Kanzi, This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. is unable to get access to website (i.e. meeting agenda). She has tried multiple times to login by setting up passwords and still can't get in.

When the member tries to "confirm" the password it still does not work. See the letter below that I sent her with instructions to login to the cutler bay website.
