We'd like to use the Meeting Agenda Feature on our District website. Is that possible? And if so, please advise on step-by-step, as we are not finding the agenda page option. Many thanks!

Thank you Brian for your speedy reply! I know our District would use it if it ever is an option.
Best,

It is something that has been mentioned in the past and something I am open to.

However, for it be available and beneficial for District use, some aspects of the agenda functionality would likely need to change:

1. Some of the Meeting Role Reports are probably not relevant for District use of the agenda.
2. The speech role functionality (e.g. with Pathways paths and projects) would probably need to be excluded from District use.
3. Not sure how much the role description stuff is really relevant for Districts.
4. Some of the terminology would likely need to be different. (e.g. mentions of "Toastmaster" in tool tips)

Also, in my experience, District meetings tend to have more upfront preparation and planning. I have considered adding some sort of meeting setup function (e.g. a task checklist and team assignment) functionality in the past, but I never did add that. I did add the Meeting Venue stuff though (it was also planned for a long time) and that does seem like it would be useful for District meetings. It looks like the Meeting Venue stuff is slowing getting some traction. (Makes me happy. ;-) )

Lastly, making this available for Districts to use would likely serve our interests, also, since it would help make more people familiar with the functionality leading to more clubs using it.

I agree Steve - the agenda feature for Districts might work best if were simply more of a shell with the features time, topic and presenter to allow the flexibility. District use then models and demonstrates for clubs to use. Thank YOU!
