Officer can't reset password 4 years 8 months ago #80502

I have an officer who's not able to log into the website and we she tries to reset the password she gets the following error.
There was an error with your login -- the session ID attached to your email (string on alphanumetrics) was not valid. Please check to make sure the full link from the most recent email was used when clicked. I'm not on her computer so I can only provide the screen shot she gave me. I did a search hoping this was a known bug but haven't found anything. Any thoughts? Thanks! Ken H SAA Club 9719 |
