After experimenting with various combinations of the Options pull down menu selections, it appears that the Include Role Times option is not functioning, as leaving it unchecked results in the Time column of the agenda copy sent via e-mail being populated. I'm posting in the Documentation Feedback forum as this option, along with others, could use some explaining in the documentation.

UPDATE: The Include Role Times option functions properly in the agenda print section.
