Thanks, in advance, for answering my question.

Under what circumstances would a web admin member profile not show up in "Meet Our Members"? During our FTH training session, we had an officer indicate that she couldn't add her member profile to "Meet Our members" because she was the President and also the web admin. I confirmed that she did make her profile public; she said yes. Another "experienced" officer informed her that she couldn't share her profile because she was the club admin.

I don't have that problem as the VP PR of my club and i am the club's web admin. Please shed some light on possible reasons why this officer had difficulties.

Regards,

Z. Shipp, DTM

This would be my guess: The officers you mention are both admins, and I suspect that they were logged in as admin only and not as a member.

To make changes to your profile, you need to be logged in as a member. (either in addition to admin or instead of)

Thanks for that insight...I'll suggest that change her profile changes as a member and not as the admin.

I truly appreciate you and the FTH team's support.
