The email address for member Jeannette was replaced by the system due to the message below (I have starred-out her last name & detailed address. This address appears to be working correctly but she said that the provider, embarqmail.com, was down recently for an afternoon.
Is it acceptable to add her embarqqmail address back to her profile? Or is there something we need to do?

Yes add the email address back. You may need to tell us the full email address so we can clear the bounce count.
