Hello Toastmasters,

The members of our club have recently begin to find this error message when attempting to login to the club site. Even by allowing cookies on their browser for the site it still displays the error message and doesn't allow the user to login and navigate the members only portion of the site. By using Firefox it resolves the issue, however we want it to be available for any browser without additional work for the members. How can this error message be fixed?

You haven't given us much to work with - we need at least your club number.
By the symptoms you're describing it is possible that you have a custom domain which isn't set up properly. Please review the domain name setup requirements in this documentation: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/dns-settings-overview If you still can't resolve the problem we'll also need your domain name (assuming you have one)

Your DNS settings need to be corrected as per the documentation provided you might need to get your service provider to correct them if you don't have access.

Your A records point to: 184.168.131.241 - Should be: 50.19.253.65
Your MX10 record shows mailstore1.secureserver.net. - Should be: mail.danvilletoastmasters1785.com

Once those are corrected you need to enter your domain on the admin console of your website. Your SSL certificate will be updated soon after that.
