I have cleared all my cookies multiple times but still when I bring up our website both the Member and Admin login buttons are greyed out.

If I login as the administrator, then it just returns to the same screen after it has said I have completed the login. A message is sent to my email as I am the registered administrator that a sign in has been attempted by a new device.

If I select the member login and then enter my email address with no password then I get sent the email - when I respond to the email I get the invalid session error message.

After aborting the login as a member then the login buttons are no longer faded. I can sign in as the administrator and get the option to display the admin console which comes up OK, BUT if I try to save any changes then I get the message I am not logged in!

It used to work OK, seems like the problem has only started when I let my SAA and VPM log in as Admins. They both say they have logged out as admin.

As I said at the beginning I have cleared ALL my cookies multiple times (which is very inconvenient) and set the system to allow all cookies! I am on windows 10 using Chrome, though I seem to have the same problem with microsoft Edge.

Any assistance you can offer would be appreciated.

thank you

Problem Solved - After posting the above I realised the other change I had made to my laptop was installing a VPN , though it was not active! So I activated the VPN and hey presto everything works as it should!
