Your welcome email template has an issue... I see the following at the end of it:

{{clubname}}, Website AdministratorHowever, the problem is that the {{namesuffix}} variable is replaced by the "suffix" (e.g. credentials) for the current member that the welcome is being sent to, *not* the admin. There is no split version of the admin name... it is whatever is stuck in the admin name box in the Website Settings module.
