Emails to "group" addresses not getting through when using the group address to either members or officers. This is happening both at the club where I am the website admin, and at other clubs using freetoasthost. It usually takes at least a day, sometimes longer for me to get a message like this:

This is the mail system at host smtpgrave03.b.hostedemail.com.

I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not
be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below.

For further assistance, please send mail to postmaster.

If you do so, please include this problem report. You can
delete your own text from the attached returned message.

The mail system

This is happening for uspeakeasy.com (where I'm the website admin and a club officer) and at jeffco.toastmastersclubs.org/ where I am a member only. I believe it may have also happened at the third club where I'm a member and officer: www.prospeakerclub.com
All three use freetoasthost.
It sounds like a problem on my end, but I need guidance on how to go about fixing it.

Please explain for me, a non-technical person. Do you mean the company that hosts my personal email address? Or do you mean the company that provides the club's website domain name?

Thank you.

P.S. And when I talk to them - either one - do you think they will actually be able to do something about it, or will I find out I have to upend either my life (changing my email address) or the club's.
