Hi,
I am the District 38 FTH support person and I'm attempting to help the new club president for club #712981, Toastmasters at the Rock, get himself set up as the current admin. We've gone through the recommended procxedure and have verified that the club contact e-mail address w/ T.I. is that of the president. When we attempt to change the admin password, the screen displays an error: "You have errors in your form below. Please scroll down and correct the following: You are no longer logged in. Please log in again."
Can you please assist in getting this rectified?

The president is listed as the site admin, the reset email will go to them.

Thank you for your informative reply, but we are still receiving the "logged out" message, even with the passord "password123@" which meets, I believe the length and character set requirements. Please advise. It seems like something else is responsible here. Perhaps due to the club's name change?

P.S. The club president advises that he and the other club members are able to login. It's just an admin issue.

As I don't know his PC setup I cannot elaborate.
You have provided no details, what OS and version, what browser and version.?
Is this a work computer or home computer?
What security software? and version?
If a work computer is it allowed cookies?
