Purchased custom domain with a popular registrar, by the third attempt to set our custom domain at the registrar, it seemed to work and then it didn't. Set the custom domain on the FTH admin console. Worked OK first couple times and then it reverted back to the FTH public default page. Note also that on the admin console basic setting tab, the custom domain keeps resetting with the www. prefix. even after a half dozen times I corrected and saved it without the prefix. I did spend the time searching back at least ten pages into the forum and did not find anything similar to this issue.

Custom domain: lodotoastmasters.org
FTH domain: 9839.toastmastersclubs.org

Thanks for giving this a look.

Your DNS records are not set up correctly.

Please review the following doc: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/dns-settings-overview

Thanks, Brian. I did read the configuring DNS doc and tried to follow the steps. There is a difference between what the doc recommends and what GoDaddy shows. Please see attached for how our DNS info is now saved at GoDaddy. Thanks.

At the GoDaddy domain manager page, the line referenced with the domain name and location number cannot be edited. See attached

Connected with GoDaddy support. He removed the "forward to" info in the next section that apparently was causing the problem. Once that was removed, the A - 184.168.131.241 reference was deleted. I added a second screen shot to the previous to show the change - attached.
Page loads OK on Chrome and MS Edge but Firefox (my default browser) keeps kicking to the FTH public page. Maybe clear the cache.
Thanks for the help.
