We have recently teamed up with a neighboring Toastmasters club online and we have decided that we will take turns managing the agenda. I have put all of their users into our membership on this site and am trying to figure out a way to allow a couple of their board members to work with the agenda. I have set their VPE as Other Officer, but that isn't a choice for one of the three positions that can edit the agenda.

Any suggestion(s) as to how I can accomplish this?

I just verified that an Other Officer is allowed to be selected. However, for this particular drop-down I was requested to "lock in" the club VPE as one of the club officers in the drop-down. Thus, there are some restrictions being enforced behind the scenes. My suggestion, uncheck everyone except your club VPE, save, then add back the two you want included.
