I was updating the link to our PayPal account in the dues form. For some reason now when you hover your mouse over the link when logged in as an admin, it does not react as a link. If you log in as a member it works as it should, except the entry for the PayPal is gone. Please help ASAP, it is dues time and our members don't have a way to pay dues through the website.

Thanks,

Kent Bestle

We always need your club number to investigate any issues.

Member pages are inactive when logged in as admin.
Links are inactive when editing content.

Club # is 891. How do I edit Club Dues (Combo) if not as an admin? I was doing it but broke it somehow.

When logged in as a member and I click on Club Dues (Combo) this is what I see (see text below). Below the line that says "To pay online via" is where the link to our PayPal account should be. As you can see it is gone. How do I put it back??

To pay online via

We are paypal verified!

I finally figured out I have to be logged in as a member and admin to edit. Problem solved. Thanks

Actually no, you are incorrect. You can edit custom pages through the admin console. Please read the documentation.

Well I don’t know what the documentation says, but until I logged in both as a member and an admin I was not able to edit the form. So maybe there is more than one way to get there. In any event, I have accomplished what I needed to do. Thanks for your response. By the way where is this documentation you reference?

We *do* care that people are not misinterpreting how the system works. We regularly have to correct people who have been misinformed or misinterpret how the system works... then they tell someone else bogus information... and so on... and so on. It is a headache for us.

Only one person can be logged in at a time as the website admin. If you either logged in as the admin, then someone else logged in, or if you logged in twice on two different devices you could lose the edits to the PayPal page.
