Hello,
I recently had to profiles merged and I can't reset my password and I do not receive the "reset email"
at either email address. I want to sign-up for roles during the meeting but can't log in.

Can you please help me reset my password?

Email addresses:
Primary = This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
Secondary = This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

1) there is no such thing as merging profiles in FTH. Someone had to remove the secondary profile and all roles attached to it were lost.

2) there is no member with the email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. even as secondary.

3) the password resets have been sent to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and accepted by the email service, check your junk box
