1) you have not sent an email to that address in over 4 weeks!
2) that email address is using Trendmicro spam filtering.
3) You need to have her add This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to her trend white list
4) sent a test email and it seemed to go through
