Brian Offline Administrator Posts: 10400 Thank you received: 3853	Without a club number we cannot look into your issue. The IP you used belongs to Raskspace a server farm and should not be accessing the FTH server.

Brian Offline Administrator Posts: 10400 Thank you received: 3853	The IP you are using belongs to Rackspace a server farm. Which allows spammer and hackers, who have attacked our server in the past and is blocked.

Even through we use Rackspace, can you allow only our single IP or that would not be possible?

Brian Offline Administrator Posts: 10400 Thank you received: 3853	I have opened that single IP. If this is a work VPN / Proxy make sure you have their permission to access toastmastersclubs.org or they may block you for no work related use.
