Hello,
Warren Toastmasters Club #3577689 here. Our Sergeant at Arms is Don Scarmuzzi (member #01278104). His personal email for use with Toastmasters is This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. His FTH officer email (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) is unable to receive emails (see the attached picture of reply). Also, not sure if this is related or a different problem, but the SAA email is not listed on FTH under the list of officers' emails (see other attachment). Don does get emails to his aol email if we email the officers group email, but he does not receive attachments sent that way.

1) Make sure he is sending to the correct email address I see him sending to server@ which is not a valid email address

2) he has opted out of having an officer email in his profile
Do NOT create a club officer email address for me

Brian....I am confused. Sorry about this. I do not ever remember doing an opt-out from an officer area. In fact, as an SAA, I am not listed on the Exec Comm as an officer on the FTH site. How do we fix all this? Thanks...Don

1) Don you are listed as the SAA
2) you need to log in as a member, go to the email settings tab in your profile, and remove the tick from beside Do NOT create a club officer email address for me
