I saw this subject posted earlier, but didn't see a resolution. I am the club coach and would like to have access to the club's website. When I attempt to login, my name is recognized. When I follow the instructions to reset my password, the 'Set Password' button is grayed out. I've tried various things, including following the instructions of our FHT club guru, and come up with the same result: a grayed out 'Set Password' button. My new password includes 10 characters, and is a combo of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and the '$' as a symbol. I've attached what I receive. (please note that this is an earlier PDF, so if you count the password in this version, it is missing a digit. I've corrected that.) I'd appreciate your help! Thank you.

I did find the following (see below in gray) in our authentication logs... not sure if this is relevant to you, since you did not provide a club number. :|

If these log entries are for you, then it looks to me like something is getting messed up in the links we send you vs what is getting processed when you click them. If you look below, the "Session IDs" that we are putting into the links in the email differs by a "br" at the end of what is received by our system when you click the links.

Are you using something like MS Outlook or similar that tends to mangle links in emails?
I would like to see the raw version of the email you are getting with the links, so I can confirm my hunch. (This would also help me try to workaround issues with email agents that mangle links.)

If so, you may need to just carefully copy the link and paste the link into your browser address box to make sure it is not mangled.

Thank you for the quick reply. My home club's number is #1188276. The number of the club that I coach (and whose website I can't access) is #1274042. I saw all of the items you found, and that looks about correct considering the number of times I have tried to re-set my password and have responded to the system-generated emails. I'm no techy, so all of that good info is flying over my head. Do you have any advice on what I need to do? Thank you, Steve!

What is your email agent/webmail that you use? Outlook, gmail, yahoo, Thunderbird, etc.?

Can you please post a raw version of the email containing the link that you receive? Raw means containing all the hidden codes in the email.

My ISP is Spectrum, and my email runs under Charter (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.). How do I get the raw version of the email. If I sent it to you, would you be able to get the raw version with its hidden codes? Also, being new to FHT, is all of the date I'm sharing with you, my email address, my ISP, etc. going to be visible to anyone who accesses this support site? If so, that concerns me. Thanks Steve!

Thank you, Steve, for hiding my data. I don't know to get the raw email. I'll search google to see if there are some lay-person's instructions. Otherwise, I guess I'm just stuck for the duration of being this club's coach.

We can work around it--I can coach you on that. Just request a fresh password change link, then copy the link from the email you receive and private message it to me so that I can tell you how to alter it to get it to work.

Regarding the raw email, I just want to see if there is an identifiable problem that I can resolve to prevent others from bumping to the same issue. That is why I want the raw email. Without knowing the exact nature of your email user interface, I am not sure how to tell you to get the raw email.
