Once the image is downloaded into your browser cache it is all controlled by your computer and not by the server. I wonder if because I resized it for my FTH page it may be the reason it is play jerky, etc.? Then I uploaded it and that worked; it's playing normally now. FTH didn't like me resizing a GIF.
