Our Club is chartered and listed in the District 7 pages but when I type in our Club number, it doesn't recognize it and won't let me proceed with requesting a website. Our club is a closed club, I'm not sure if that affects anything. Thank you! Caity, AAA Towsters 087, District 7

If your club has closed you will have to contact Toastmasters International to find out the requirements for changing the status to an active club in good standing.
