On the agenda page, I am aware that I print and then select speaker introductions to see the introductions. It would be nice to see these introductions on the agenda page. (If you do not show them, include some fixed text on the agenda page in the speaker areas to encourage to print to show these introductions.) Several member on my club have this confusion.

The introductions show to the Toastmaster of the Day, and the VPED and the Site Admin, and anyone who has agenda update.
As the Toastmaster of the day introduces the speaker why would anyone else need to see the introductions?

Normally, the Toastmaster of the Day is the one in most need of the speaker introductions. If the Toastmaster of the Day is out, someone who is filling in may not have the right authorities. New toasties who are giving their starter presentations may like to see club examples of introductions; this may apply to anyone in a club. I am sure that there are other situations where someone (without the right authorities) would like to see the speaker introductions.

You can submit your request as a suggestion to be reviewed on the next rewrite of the agenda system. Sometime in the future.
