Hello,
Club: Fingal Toastmasters, Club: 6255.
We have recently moved to toasthost. We have a domain name fingaltoastmasters.com and our previous website hosts have just taken down our old site. I have noticed that as of today I cannot access our toasthost website. In previous correspondence you kindly provided us with the codes to ensure that our domain name pointed internet traffic our toasthost website. I am now wondering what is going on and imagine the removal of our old website has triggered something. Perhaps I have something configured incorrectly in toasthost. I would be grateful if you could have a look and check that I have everything configured correctly in toasthost. I have also contacted the company that look after our domain name in case anything is going on their end. We are anxious to get this sorted asap.
Thank you
Olga

You can always access your FreeToastHost website using your club number url 6255.toastmastersclubs.org/
You also have an alias set up so you can access it via that url: fingal.toastmastersclubs.org/

To access it using your custom domain if that is current, please follow the instructions here to configure you DNS settings: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/dns-settings-overview

Your domain is not broadcasting any DNS records. Please contact your domain provider.

You may need to add an additional DNS record

Brian,
Thank you very much for your reply. You were quite right. When the hosting package was changed by our domain name web host, the DNS settings were removed. These have now been reinstated and our toasthost website is now pulling up.
Thanks again
Olga
