Can't get hold of the last person who registered our domains (tracytoastmasters.org and .com to redirect). He's not responding to phone. Think expiry=9/8/21 and Godaddy WHOIS chat box is asking me to get in with a pin that they were going to email me as just looking it up online was not working (HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS). We got ransomed last time (several years ago) because of member power plays/delays in paying what was a small amount, so wondering what to do. Send a certified letter to our former member? Don't know what our options are.

I can see that your last update was on 9 Sep 2020, and expiry is 8 Sep 2021.

There is a spot on the website for entering these details, but unfortunately yours wasn't completed or updated last year - it still shows the 2020 expiry date.

Have you tried calling GoDaddy? Maybe they will send the info to one of your officer or admin email addresses.
