I noticed an agenda item - a speech actually which didn't provide for the member to enter a pathways project and title.
I went in as admin and changed the agenda and it looked ok and I assumed the change worked.
Then I logged out as admin and logged in as a member (myself) and the agenda had reverted back to the original which was not what I expected.
Loggin in again as admin I find the agenda looks for all intents the way I changed it, allowing pathways project and title, etc.
So what is different and why don't changes get reflected to members?
How do I overcome this, as the only way I can see is to set the agenda settings in the admin panel and then it will work for all new agendas created (I assume)?

1) I assume you are talking to yourself as you did not provide us any information to see the issue.
No club number or Agenda date was provided.

2) try clear your local PC browser cache.

The admin can see all of the speech details, but members only see (and edit) their own, unless they have agenda edit rights

The club number is 03240661 and is Macquarie Park Toastmasters.
I logged in as administrator and tried to update an existing agenda the one for 14th September 2021.
Currently there are some roles where the person cannot delete themselves but more importantly the speaker #1 doesn't provide for selecting the pathways project or put in details such as title of speech.
I know what needs to be done but changing it as admin doesn't seem to change the agenda as far as what the members see even if I clear browser cache or force a reload while logged in as an ordinary member.

1) please be specific what roles have the remove issue?

2) the speaker role is assigned to Nadun and everything shows correctly. What path project are they working, it has not been selected. No Title or introduction has been entered by the speaker.

Without detail information from you we cannot check issues.

Hi Brian,
I have attached select screen shots of what the admin sees (FTH_Admin.jpg) and what the member sees (FTH_Member.jpg).
They are quite different.
Thank you for your quick response Brian, I really appreciate your help.
If I have a solution for this role then I am sure I can fix the rest with confidence.
Warm regards,
Hugh (MrMagoo) ps.. Bloody cold, wet and windy here in Sydney Australia... :(

You are not Nadun so you won't see their speech info.
The people assigned edit authority will see the information as well.
Usually VPEd, Site Admin, usually TM of the day, and the member.

Hi Brian,

Excellent must be a problem at my end in my browser. I am using Chrome and will check my settings.
I won't bother you any more with this and appreciate your quick response.
Thank you so much. :)

Then I assume if I temporarily assign myself as the VPE and log in as myself then I will see the agenda as I expect it to look.
I will try this now.
Thanks.
