Occasionally, there seems to be a bug whereby the agenda gets corrupted and data (e.g,. roles, descriptions) become missing with only the header retained. For example, vpoo.toastmastersclubs.org/agenda-01660138.html had the custom roles and descriptions similar to vpoo.toastmastersclubs.org/agenda-01657799.html, but the bottom half of the agenda with roles and descriptions got removed and the meeting time and venues got reset to the default (e.g., 12am, no venue) after seeing a server error message, which usually suggests some sync/refresh didn't complete.

Here are some questions:
1. How do I revert to the old agenda before it got corrupted or do I have to rebuild it?
2. If the latter, how can I rebuild the agenda efficiently without having to manually type the roles and descriptions while retaining the same meeting link as referenced in previous emails?
3. Why can't I select an agenda template to rebuild the missing roles and descriptions or how can I if this is possible?

What was the error?

1) You will have to rebuild the agenda
2) use a previous meeting agenda as the template
3) not sure what you mean but you can select an agenda template or previous meeting agenda to rebuild the agenda.

When creating the agenda, select a previous meeting from the template pull down.

Thanks for the quick response. I'll have to capture the screen shot the error message, but it's the same recurring pop-up message where it's stuck refreshing with a neverending spinning wheel on a mac and PC.

Since we promoted the meeting agenda link to members, we want to rebuild the agenda efficiently with an existing template without deleting it and creating a new agenda that replaces it or typing all the roles and descriptions manually and repeatedly. Otherwise, we have to redirect members to a new agenda link and inform them that the previous one is broken.
