An administrator of FTH at another club asked me about a problem with a member not receiving the opt in email. It may relate to the FIRST entry of the email being incorrect. After that he said it was deleted and added again. What information would the Administrator need to include in a request so that it can be researched to determine the best course of action?

If he gave me the information of Club name and number member email can I send it or do you need him to do that. ? I can understand if you cannot but if I am involved I can track the progress.
