A member of club#3993 has not been receiving agendas when they are sent out of FTH.  The reason I am contacting you is to find out if you see any emails bounced?  We will contact Microsoft about an email not received.

I just thought I should check to see if there is a problem with agenda@toastmastersclubs.org.  If no problem and it is a microsoft problem, they will be contacted.

this thing is getting more bizarre by the minute. This member of club#3993 put herself in as toastmaster and I am the VP of Education. I didn't get a notification. I was going to call Microsoft but it seems that her email is blocked. I am going to check exchange and see if she is blocked. Is it possible that for some reason FTH is blocking her.

Well the last recorded bounce happened on 12/15, per our bounce log.  That is when the system stopped processing email to that email address.  If the issue causing the bounce has been resolved, then there should be no issue.

No, it is immediate unless the root cause of the issue has happened again.  

We will not keep sending email to bouncing email addresses.  I designed and implemented it that way.
