We have 3 new members. We added them to the site. We sent them through the website the opt in request. They did not receive it. Then we copy and pasted the letter to opt in - emailed it. They could not get the create login to work.  It worked last month when we added a new member.

As admin your receive a copy of the opt-in but NO LINK so copy and pasting will never work.
You know we are good but when referring to people a first name goes a long way with assisting us to solve an issue.
I resent to opt-in email using the members pull down tool
The 2 with gmail have them check their spam boxes
