Hello; I have the same issue, I sent the new member an email with her there checking the spelling.  
This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  I had her check her spam hope you can help.  Is there another way to get her in?

The only way to activate an FTH account is for the member to select the 'AGREE' link in the opt-in email.

FTH email logs show several successful deliveries to her address like the most recent one below.

Verification of her email shows no issues.
Default FTH Email Verification for marcela.granada@gmail.com: => Return Code: 0; Return Message: No issues identified.; 

In addition to checking spam it might be worth a glance through any other folders. For example, if a unrelated filter is being triggered by something in the opt-in email and that filter is set automatically archive, the affected email will not appear in the inbox.

I resent to opt-in email using the members pull down tool. (same as Brian did for the other club)
