One of our new club members said she has not received an email from the website allowing her to set up a password.

Irina Strunina has requested a password reset for this website.  This confirms that another email containing the password reset link has also been sent to them.  Note that if the user requested a password reset multiple times in succession, only the link in the *last* email sent will work.

But she said she never received it. 

Can you help me figure out a way to get her into the site?

Her email address in your membership admin is showing the "noemail..." filler. (same as your guest and RR Eval accounts) Also, her email doesn't appear in the FTH email logs; further evidence that her email address isn't in use on your site.

Correct her email address in membership management and she should be able to complete the password reset process.

At some point the opt-in was completed for her account (there's no line through her name). This could only be done with a valid email associated with her account. Maybe she recently changed email addresses? Perhaps an attempt to update her email in membership management went awry and that caused the noemail entry. (just a guess)
