Was the issue that caused the bouncing back to the FTH server resolved???  :?

I don't think so. The member doesn't know what happened and is not aware of problems with her email other than those from Free Toast Host.

Yes, I understand this. I suggested that she put the club address in her contacts and make sure her mailbox is never filled to the limit she is allowed. She says she has done both of those those tings consistently in th past. Do you have any other suggestions I can give her?

What you suggested is a good start.    If she does get "bounced out" again, we can fetch the last error message that we got back from her email system telling us why they bounced the email back.
