Hi, 

I cannot receive the Zoom verification code email so I cannot log in to zoom.us online. Could anyone help me? 

My email address with FTH is This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. The email should come from This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. titled "Code for signing in to Zoom". I have already added this email to the white list and set the SpamAssassin Threshold Score to 7. Still no luck. I checked my spam folder too. I contacted Zoom support and they said the email was successfully delivered and asked me to check the filters or blockers on my end. Could you help me check on the FTH server to see if the email was really delivered?

The weird thing is that I can receive other emails from This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., for example, the email telling me the storage has reached the limit, or someone is waiting for me to start the meeting, just not the email for verification code.

I see a number of successful emails forwarded to you from that address announcing that people had logged in to your account:  "xxx has joined your Personal Meeting Room" a few days ago,
and 2 today from This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. Subject:[Re: cannot login to zoom.us]

Have you checked your spam/junk mail folder?

Yes, I got the emails you mentioned. I just cannot get emails containing the verification code. The email should come from This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. titled "Code for signing in to Zoom".

There are quite a few emails titled [Code for signing in to Zoom] on the system, but none addressed to you.  
Note that if there is a BCC address included in the email, it won't be delivered to an FTH address, but it would still show as an error on the list.

Do you mean you don't see any email addressed to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and titled [Code for signing in to Zoom]? I tried today, so there should be one or two such emails from today. 

If that's the case, then the issue should be with Zoom, not FTH.

Let me provide an update that might benefit other people having similar issues. 

It ran into a deadlock: Zoom said the verification code was successfully delivered. FTH said no such code was received. 

Solution or workaround that worked for me: I created a Gmail account for our club and asked Zoom support to update my account to use the Gmail address as the login. 

Now I am good.

FTH always suggest a backup email account for the club where copies of email going through FTH for you club can be stored.

Ask Zoom Support to change your login email from This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or other non-FTH addresses should fix the issue. That's what I did for our club.

I finally got zoom to change my email address to a non fth email and I am back in business.  Not sure why fth is not handling this very well, however I can continue with my zoom calls. Case closed

Setting up FTH emails for use w/ external service providers typically requires a bit of tinkering.  The reason typically is that the external service provider tries to send emails from one or more email addresses that are not recognized by FTH, so they get blocked.   Typically, the external email addresses need to be whitelisted in your FTH website and/or you may need to do some juggling of email addresses if you are putting an officer email address in as a contact email in for the external service provider.

It *can* be done, but it typically requires a bit of tinkering.
