Hi,
This is a re-opening, of sorts, of "Access/edit problem with older meeting agendas" from several months ago (see post #86467, ff.)
Now, with one of my clubs, I want to delete agendas between 04-02-2015 and mid-2021.  I am able to delete from the year 2020 but the older ones don't respond to any of the above-agenda buttons.  Reason for deletion: the same club number started as Name #1 then was used as its successor, and now is being used again for In-Person Toastmasters.  We care not about the agendas for the previous two club "versions."

There just seems to be something quirky with the agenda functionality before a certain date.  I've seen the same thing in Firefox and Edge, logged in as member and admin.  Thoughts?

I'm able to delete from 2018.
Arthur

WHY are you removing old agendas, they are the source for all of the members reports.
If you remove the agendas then you members can't go back and see that speeches they have given.
Our club have the agendas right back to the beginning.

Deleting because, as I wrote, we don't care about the history of Affinity Toastmasters and then Willow Grove Toastmasters.  Those members are all gone.  Now it's In-Person Toastmasters with its brand new history, which started early in 2021.  The clean way to do this would have been to start the club with a new number, but we didn't have charter-level membership and the two above-named clubs were gone.  We "stole" the club number rather than starting fresh, and now we have the FTH baggage.
I'm a nit picker organized engineer who likes clean and neat.  I realize there's no harm in having the old agendas there, but they have absolutely NO applicability/relevance to the current club and its membership.
I will maintain agendas for In-Person Toastmasters so, as you point out, members can go back and see [the] speeches they have given.  I just want to kill the pre-current-club history as it takes up server space and is worthless.
Make sense?

Add on: regardless of the underlying rationale, my attempts to delete pre-2018 (?) agendas has revealed a bug in the code, and that is the basis for this long-winded posting.  :<)
