I am receiving the following warning when I access our Website.            [2022-06-04 08:11:20 GMT, FreeToastHost System Warning]  *** IMPORTANT! ***

NOTE:  We were unable to create / renew a HTTPS certificate for your custom domain: www.lilydaletoastmasters.org.au
This means that you may not be able to access your website using https:// with your custom domain
name after any existing certificates expire.

            Possible causes may include:
                a. Your DNS records are set up incorrectly.
                b. You are using domain forwarding--it is *not* supported.
                c. Your custom domain has expired.
                d. The custom domain listed in the admin console is no longer being used.
                e. We were unable to connect with the free LetsEncrypt! service to create the certificate.

*** Note that the system may remove your custom domain from the database to prevent further invalid
            attempts at cert renewals.

This is somewhat out of my depth and am not sure what needs to be done to resolve. I  contacted Web Central who has taken over Netregistry, the company  through whom our domain name was originally purchased. I have spoken with Web Central  support but they were unable to help. However they suggested that it may be due to incorrect DNS records and have asked me to contact you to determine what records need to be added to point to the domain, if this is the case. It is at least a starting point,Are you able to provide me with the information and the steps I need to take to resolve this issue. The details on WebCentral are:
Domain: lilydaletoastmasters.org.au  Created 11/10/05 expires 11/10/22
Name server 1-  ns1.planetdomain.com
Name server 2 -  ns2.planetdomain.com
I have a name-server file but not sure if that helps or even where to send it.

Thank you for your response Pam

I had read this information but was unsure of any relationship between planetdomain.com and 50.19.253.65

I used the ViewDNS.info to check out our DNS information and was given  the table of information provided below.
Is the ns2.planetdomain.com. and ns1.planetdomain.com incorrect and should be changed to 50.19.253.65 or is the planetdomain.com the same thing as 50.19.253.65.
Alternatively  have  there been changes to FTH that have meant planetdomain.com is no longer used/correct.  We have been using this website and I presume these settings  for a long time without issues. The domain was registered in 2005.
my other thought is could we be being pointed to planetdomain.com  which is ns servers used netregistry, the company that was taken over by webcentral, I.è we are pointed to ns servers of netregistery which were previously pointing to 50.19.253.65.

I am being cautious and just want to be clear before I contact our domain host and have them change anything that what I am providing is correct,  as there iare far too many years of history on our website to lose should I mess it up.

I've just checked your SSL certificate and it is good - I suspect your website couldn't connect during the 4 June updates, but it the certification was successful in the subsequent update (FTH runs this regularly for clubs with custom domains).
Cert Expiration Date/Time: Fri Sep 9 07:03:01 2022 UTC

No need to worry about losing your website or domain, they just might not work together correctly if the settings aren't correct. You can always access your website using the provided free URL: 4731.toastmastersclubs.org/

The NS records don't seem to matter, but the 3 A records and the MX record are critical to have the two work together seamlessly.  The FTH system is constantly upgraded, so even if things were working they might not work in the future.  I suggest you ask your domain name provider to confirm that all 3 of your A records are set up correctly
